The Machine line is complete line, first the grain  storage silo for storing the material, then cleaning the grain ro prepare for next processing, the cleaning material go to the crusher, after crusher, then go to the mixer, the mixing material go to the pellet machine, the pellet go to cooling machine, then through the crumble to get the feed, then go to the sifting to sieve the crumble feed, to get the uniform pellet, then go for packing machine.
Cleaning and Crushing system;The raw materials always mixed with some kinds of impurities, and they will affect the quality of the final pellets and bring damage to the machines. So we have to remove them before sending to the hammer mill. The cleaning machines including the pre-cleaner and the permanent magnetic sleeve.for the crushing machine can use water drop hammer mill, which is high efficience milling different kind of grains

Mixing Machine ;he raw The raw material after clean , crushing, the, the material is going to Mixing machine for mixing, because the animal feed normally more nutrition, so the material is also multiple, and contain more nutrition. The mixing use is doble shaft mixer.Adopt in mixing powdery, granule, flake, block and other materials. Suitable for premix, poultry feed, aquatic feed for medium-sized or large-sized feed factory.
